Banking Alliance - EDC Retail

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for partnering with banks to generate EDC/SB/QR business from branches. Your role also includes owning and managing the EDC/SB base deployed via assigned branches, ensuring activation and quality of accounts, and utilizing product/technical knowledge for commercial purposes. It is essential to maintain high account management standards to guarantee merchant and bank team satisfaction, as well as to drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction for banking partners. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering with banks to generate EDC/SB/QR business from branches - Owning and managing the EDC/SB base deployed via assigned branches - Utilizing product/technical knowledge for commercial purposes - Maintaining high account management standards for merchant and bank team satisfaction - Driving high standards of customer service and satisfaction for banking partners - Regularly benchmarking product, process, and pricing across competition in merchant acquiring - Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements of regulated businesses - Taking accountability for the timely completion of assigned tasks To qualify for this role, you should have: - Exposure to the BFSI domain with solid B2B experience - Excellent sales and relationship management skills - Exceptional communication skills for clear instructions and information dissemination This individual contributor role requires a passion for helping clients solve business problems, a natural inclination towards sales, the ability to work with senior management to set strategic direction, and proficiency in defining objectives and approaches for critical assignments.,
