Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Banker on Wheel to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Provide financial guidance and support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
Conduct regular customer visits to promote banking products and services.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking operations, including cash management, credit, and risk assessment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills.
Proficient in using technology and software applications, including CRM systems.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible approach.
