Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Banker on Wheel to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Provide financial guidance and support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
Conduct regular customer visits to promote banking products and services.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting business operations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications, such as mobile banking platforms.
