Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Banker on Wheel to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in banking operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily banking operations, including cash handling and customer service.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts and loans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
