Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Specialist, located in Chennai. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with bank partners to drive insurance sales through bank channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales training, providing product knowledge, tracking sales performance, coordinating with bank staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The specialist will also assist bank partners in devising strategies to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, relationship management, and banking
• Knowledge of insurance products and bancassurance operations
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM and other sales tracking tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in health insurance or financial services is a plus
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance and banking sectors
