Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Specialist FLS(Front line sales Manager) is located in Chennai. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners, understanding bank partners' needs, and ensuring the seamless execution of insurance processes. Day-to-day tasks will include promoting health insurance products, training bank staff, achieving sales targets, providing customer support, and consistently enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relationship management and ability to develop strong partnerships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and marketing skills with experience in achieving sales targets
• Customer service and support skills
• Knowledge of the health insurance industry, products, and regulations
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the banking or insurance industry is a plus
