Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bancassurance Specialist located in Chennai. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with bank partners, achieving sales targets, and promoting health insurance products. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting product presentations, facilitating claim processes, and ensuring excellent customer service. The specialist will also be responsible for training bank staff on health insurance products and monitoring performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
• Familiarity with health insurance products and the banking sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in Bancassurance or health insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
