What We’re Looking For

Corporate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and strengthen relationships with channel partners to consistently achieve business targets.
  • Design and implement sales plans to maximize distributor engagement and increase market share.
  • Track team performance against sales plans and provide guidance to ensure success.
  • Drive desired sales behavior through effective use of the digital sales management process.
  • Ensure business quality, persistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

Work Experience

  • 6+ years of overall sales experience in Life Insurance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team management in life Insurance
  • Prior experience in the BFSI sector is preferred.
