About the Role:We are looking for a Business Analyst - Configuration Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and is passionate about working with tech products. This role requires high ownership, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements. You will be responsible for configuring business journeys on our low-code platform and collaborating closely with engineering, product, QA, and program teams to ensure seamless implementation.Key Responsibilities:• Configure business workflows and journeys on the low-code platform using its in-built capabilities.• Work with Postman, APIs, and PgAdmin (basic SQL queries) to support configurations and troubleshoot issues.• Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and program managers to ensure accurate implementation.• Analyze business requirements, validate feasibility, and provide insights on configurations.• Ensure error-free configuration with a keen eye for detail and logical structuring.• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, working with tech teams to resolve them efficiently.• Adapt quickly to evolving business requirements and work effectively under high-pressure situations.• Document configuration processes and share knowledge with internal stakeholders.What We’re Looking For:• Strong ownership & go-getter attitude – proactive in solving problems.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.• Hands-on experience with Postman, APIs, and writing basic queries in PgAdmin.• Technical acumen – experience working with tech products and platforms.• Logical reasoning & problem-solving skills to ensure seamless configurations.• Excellent collaboration & communication skills to work cross-functionally• Good Understanding on SAAS platform and Implementation SkillsPreferred Qualifications:• Experience in low-code platforms or workflow configuration tools.• Background in business analysis, system configuration, or product implementation.• Knowledge of API integrations and data flow between systems.
