Job Description

Job Summary:

BGV Executive / Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end background verification (BGV)
process for new hires and existing employees.
Coordinate with
BGV vendors/partners
such as
Matrics, FADV, Vibrant, AuthBridge
, etc.
Review and validate candidate documentation for
KYC and client onboarding
processes.
Track, follow up, and ensure timely completion of verification checks (education, employment, address, criminal, etc.).
Maintain accurate records and reports of verification status and outcomes.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
Liaise with internal HR and recruitment teams to resolve any discrepancies or verification issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement of BGV and KYC processes.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
BGV processes
,
KYC verification
, and
client onboarding
.
Hands-on experience in working with background verification vendors (Matrics, FADV, Vibrant, AuthBridge, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, or background check systems.

Experience & Qualification:
