Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage system-based verification processes (e.g., employment, hospital, or industry-specific).
• Handle communication and coordination with B2B clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve process efficiency and enhance product usage.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and data security standards.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports and documentation of all verification activities.
• Drive process improvements and explore automation opportunities.
• Act as a liaison for escalations and ensure resolution in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, IT, or related fields).
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in verification processes (employment, hospital, or similar sectors).
• B2B Exposure: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and timelines.
• Technical Orientation: Experience handling software products or SaaS platforms.
• Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with data verification and security standards.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, communication, documentation, and attention to detail.
• Process Management: Capable of handling multiple tasks/processes simultaneously.
  

Preferred Profile

• Experience in structured, system-oriented industries focused on verification or compliance.
• Exposure to SaaS, process automation, or software product environments.
• Ability to work independently while managing stakeholder communication effectively.
• Can be designated as Executive, Manager, or Associate Manager based on experience and role fit.
