Job Summary:

As a Backend Developer at Tarality Ecosystem Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in building and maintaining the backend infrastructure for our innovative products. You’ll be responsible for creating scalable, secure, and high-performance systems and services, and work collaboratively with frontend developers, product managers, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Develop, test, and deploy robust backend components and services using technologies such as [Node.js, Python, Java, etc.].
• API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs to support both internal and customer-facing applications.
• Database Management: Create and maintain databases (SQL/NoSQL), ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
• System Optimization: Optimize systems for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of APIs and other backend services with the frontend.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve backend issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient problem-solving.
• Security Best Practices: Implement security measures to safeguard data and application integrity.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve your skills and the quality of our backend systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., [Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, etc.]).
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with API development (RESTful, GraphQL).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Bonus Skills:
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CI/CD processes and tools.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
