Backend Developer

🔧 The Role:

• Build and maintain backend services using

  Node.js (LTS 20/22)

• Write clean, testable

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  code
• Design and develop

  RESTful APIs

  using

  Express.js / NestJS

• Work with

  MongoDB & Mongoose

  (Redis is a plus)
• Implement

  authentication, JWT, RBAC

  , and secure middleware
• Collaborate on API architecture, caching, real-time communication, and integrations
• Work with

  CI/CD pipelines

  , cloud deployments, and (optionally) Docker
• Implement logging, monitoring (

  PM2

  ), and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Write automated tests and follow Git best practices

🎯 You’ll thrive here if you have:

• Strong proficiency in

  Node.js, Express.js

  , and backend fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with

  MongoDB / Mongoose

• Solid understanding of

  API security and best practices

• Familiarity with

  TypeScript

  (preferred)
• Experience with

  Git

  and collaborative development workflows
