Backend Developer

The Role

• Build and maintain backend services using

  Node.js (LTS 20/22)

  .
• Develop clean, testable

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  code.
• Create RESTful APIs (Express.js / NestJS).
• Work with

  MongoDB + Mongoose

  , and optionally Redis.
• Implement authentication, JWT, RBAC, and secure middleware.
• Collaborate on API architecture, caching, real-time communication, and integrations.
• Use CI/CD pipelines, (optional) Docker, and cloud deployments.
• Implement logging, monitoring (PM2), and resolve performance issues.
• Write automated tests and follow Git best practices.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

• Strong proficiency in

  Node.js, Express.js

  , and backend fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with

  MongoDB/Mongoose

  .
• Good understanding of security and API best practices.
• Familiarity with TypeScript (preferred).
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• (Good to Have) Redis, NestJS, GraphQL, Docker, Serverless, distributed systems.
