Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update records, reports, and databases in Excel or company software. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, operations) to ensure timely information flow. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Handle email correspondence and documentation related to clients, vendors, and internal staff. Support the operations team in scheduling, logistics, and project tracking. Assist in invoice processing, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups. Manage inventory records, courier dispatches, and filing of important documents. Ensure confidentiality of company and client information. Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management. Required Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good communication and coordination skills. Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management and problem-solving skills. Working Hours: Timing 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
