This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Shopify management, and a passion for data-driven performance marketing. You’ll help manage paid ad campaigns, optimize product listings, and assist with the overall execution of our marketing strategy to drive online sales and growth. Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing / Meta AdsPlan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization to improve ROAS. Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Collaborate with creative team to develop ad assets and copy that align with campaign goals. Stay current on platform updates and best practices to maximize ad performance. General Marketing SupportAssist with email marketing, campaign calendars, influencer outreach, and promotions. Help manage content across digital channels, including social media and newsletters. Support SEO and content marketing initiatives as needed. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Shopify eCommerce AssistanceUpdate and manage product listings, collections, and landing pages on Shopify. Assist in optimizing the Shopify storefront for user experience, conversion, and SEO. Help monitor orders, inventory, and customer reviews to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Troubleshoot and report any issues with the store, apps, or customer experience. Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce support. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Shopify required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Klaviyo (or other email tools), and Canva or similar design tools is a plus. Basic knowledge of SEO, CRO, and social media marketing is an advantage.
