Back Office Executive - Wealth Management

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Mumbai. Responsible for handling day-to-day operational activities in a wealth management firm, including account opening, onboarding and maintenance, trade execution and reconciliation, client reporting, and compliance support. To ensure accurate record-keeping, smooth coordination with custodians and vendors, and timely delivery of client and regulatory requirements while supporting the relationship managers with administrative tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations,
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of financial products, investment operations, and compliance requirements would be preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
