Position Title:- Back Office executive Department:- Collections / Recovery Location:- 412-419, 4th Floor Geetanjali Tower, Civil Lines, Ajmer Road, Sodala, Jaipur, Rajasthan -302006 Office Timing:- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM   📝 Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, organized, and all-rounder Backend Operations Executive who can manage documentation, reporting, and coordination responsibilities with accuracy and ownership. The candidate should have strong skills in Advanced Excel, formal email drafting, and record management, along with the ability to coordinate confidently with multiple branches. A proactive attitude and reliability are key. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, MIS trackers, and data logs. Draft professional email communication in Hindi and English. Coordinate with branch teams for documentation follow-ups and compliance updates. Maintain digital and physical records in a structured and confidential manner. Visit other branches for audit support, verification, and training assistance when required. Generate daily/weekly operational summaries for management review. Support general operations / HR / admin activities as needed. ✅ Skills & Requirements: Strong command of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF Logic, Conditional Formatting, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication for email drafting and follow-ups. All-rounder work approach — flexible, responsible, and solution-oriented. Ability to handle tasks independently with proper time and data management. Visit to other branches when required.
