Job Description

Job Description: Back Office Executive.
Experience: 1–2 Years (Industrial Pumps, Motors & Valves).
Freshers with strong learning interest are also welcome.
Industry: Industrial Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documents.
Take follow-ups from customers regarding orders, offers, and updates.
Coordinate with sales team, OEMs, and customers for smooth workflow.
Maintain records, data entries, and documentation related to Pumps, Motors & Valves.
Use AI tools & ChatGPT for drafting emails, quotations, and reports.
Support sales and marketing teams with back-office operations.
Handle calls, emails, and customer communication professionally.
Prepare and maintain PWS Sheets.
Maintain proper records of offer data.
Keep updated records of pending enquiries and offers submitted.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Industrial Pumps, Motors & Valves (must).
Good communication and computer skills (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Ability to learn quickly and use AI tools effectively.
Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
