Job Description

Setlite Engineers Limited Workshop is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, have good English reading and writing skills, and be efficient in filing and maintaining documents. Job role: Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word Create, manage, and analyze data sheets using Microsoft Excel Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of documents Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and paperwork Maintain accurate records of workshop-related documents and inventory Assist in preparing reports, quotations, invoices, and other office documents Support the team in daily administrative tasks Coordinate with other departments as needed Must Required: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to read and write in English clearly and accurately Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Basic knowledge of filing systems and office procedures Prior experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment is an advantage Preferred Skills:Typing speed of 30+ WPM Familiarity with inventory records or workshop documentation Team player with a proactive attitude Working Days & Hours:Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (timing can be adjusted based on company policy)
