Tender Executive – Roles and Responsibilities

• Tender Management:
• Handle complete tendering process on GeM Portal, Indian Railways, and other Government e-Procurement Portals.
• Identify relevant tenders, evaluate eligibility criteria, and prepare necessary documentation for participation.
• Bid Preparation & Submission:
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids as per tender requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all tender specifications, formats, and government standards.
• Maintain records and documentation for audits and reference.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to gather technical and commercial inputs.
• Follow up on tender status, clarifications, and post-submission activities.
• Liaise effectively with government officials and customers for smooth communication and timely updates.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Draft tender documents, cover letters, and official correspondence in clear and professional English.
• Prepare reports and maintain tender trackers for management review.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Work Ethics & Flexibility:
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict submission deadlines.
• Willingness to extend working hours or stay late when required for urgent submissions.
• Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in tender management or e-procurement.
• Sound educational background with proficiency in written English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,022.30 - ₹53,164.82 per month
