Job Responsibilities:

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support administrative and operational activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage data and coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day back office and administrative operations.
• Maintain and update client records, documents, and databases.
• Prepare, generate, and maintain invoices and billing records accurately.
• Assist in data entry, MIS reports, and record maintenance.
• Follow up with internal teams and clients for required documents and information.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of certification-related records.
• Support office activities and assist seniors as and when required.
• Tender Surffing.
• Data Mining

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
• Well-organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any graduate from a recognized university.
• 01 year of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Experience in back office, admin, or service industry will be an added advantage.
