Back Office Executive

*Job Description & Responsibilities – Mutual Fund Back Office Executive*We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Mutual Fund Back Office Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and operational support for all aspects of our mutual fund business. *Key Responsibilities*: *Order Processing*: Accurately process investor orders (purchase, redemption, switch, systematic investment plans - SIPs, etc.) Ensure timely and accurate order entry and confirmation. Monitor order status and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly. *Investor Servicing*: Respond to investor inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Provide accurate and timely information on account balances, transactions, and other account-related matters. Assist investors with account openings and all operation related queries. *Data Entry and Maintenance*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records in the company's systems. Perform step by step data entry/management in our system and reconciliation tasks as required. Prepare and maintain various reports and documents. *Regulatory Compliance*: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., SEBI guidelines). *Other Duties*: Providing adequate support to the team, as and when required. It must to follow company’s standard processes and instructions of your supervisor also to do task related communication with your supervisor is must.   *Qualifications*: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in the mutual fund Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, operations, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
