Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our company’s operations. The role involves managing administrative tasks, handling data entry, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle data entry, record management, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update company databases and reports.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and presentations.
  • Support front office and management with back-end operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
  • Manage emails, calls, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any discipline).

Salary:

  • As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
