Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative and operational support tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage hotel documentation, guest records, and data entry with accuracy. Coordinate with the front office and other departments for smooth operations. Handle email correspondence, calls, and internal communication efficiently. Maintain inventory records and assist in procurement-related documentation. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management. Support reservation and billing processes when needed. Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper filing systems are in place. Provide administrative support to management and operations teams. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
