Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms. Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporates, tour operators, event planners, and other potential clients. Promote hotel room bookings, banquets, conference halls, and special packages to both individual and corporate clients. Follow up on sales leads and convert them into confirmed bookings. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Coordinate with the reservations and front office teams to ensure smooth guest experience. Maintain a database of clients and generate regular sales reports. Represent the hotel at trade shows, events, and other promotional activities. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Must be fluent in English (Hindi or regional language proficiency is a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and sales events.
