Accountant – Hotel Industry

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and finance, with specific experience in the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the hotel’s financial planning and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements
• Coordinate with auditors and handle internal audits
• Monitor hotel cash flow and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the hospitality/hotel sector
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and hotel management systems
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
