A Back Office Executive at Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance is responsible for administrative support, data management, coordination of office operations, and assisting senior management in smooth execution of business processes. 📌 Key Responsibilities Administrative support: Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day office operations. Data management: Maintaining records, updating databases, and ensuring accuracy of policyholder and business information. Documentation: Preparing reports, handling paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Coordination: Supporting communication between departments, assisting sales/operations teams, and facilitating smooth workflow. Customer support (indirect): Handling backend processes related to client queries, policy issuance, and renewals. Strategic assistance: Supporting senior management in planning and execution of operational strategies. 🎯 Skills & Requirements Educational qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Experience: Fresher to experienced candidates (0–3+ years) can apply. Technical skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Communication skills: Ability to coordinate with teams and handle documentation clearly. Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to support multiple departments. 🕒 Work Environment Work mode: Full-time, office-based role. Timings: Typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Location: Roles available in Kolkata, Chennai, and other branch offices. Compensation: Salary ranges from ₹20,000 – ₹90,000 per month depending on experience and performance.
