Mission of the Role This role is responsible for Coordinating with clients & inspection team, preparation of inspection certificate/reports, invoices and collection of payment as per the guidelines of company within the stipulated. Key Responsibilities Updating of COMDIV System/VOC platform /software in accurately and in stipulated time as instructed by the management Review of documents (Nominations/PIR/FD’s) adequately & correctly Maintain ALL data/Information as per ISO 17020 procedure and Instructions Preparation of certificates/reports in stipulated time frame Inspector scheduling and training. Perform Inspection supervision/ site audit. Review of inspection reports, photos. Good Knowledge of International Trade/Shipping terms and processes Any other work assigned by reporting officer/Manager Manage and grow the sales of the existing clients by capturing additional products and/or by extending our services to other VOC programs Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills Graduate in any stream 2-3 years working experience, in the International trade and/or in the Inspection environment is a plus Typing speed minimum 20 to 40 words per minute with high accuracy rate GENERAL INFORMATION Geographical Scope Country Function Operations Seniority Employee Country India City Mumbai Contract Full-time limited Subject To Travel No Open Until 2026/01/30 Explore our job opportunities.
