Job Description

Key Responsibilities Handle administrative and coordination tasks for Dubai Founders Club Coordinate with the organizing team (moderators, speakers, venue partners, vendors, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of networking events Support planning and execution of upcoming business networking events Identify and onboard new moderators, speakers, or partners for future events Promote events and memberships through online channels (email, WhatsApp, social media, platforms, etc.) Manage membership inquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions Maintain event and member records, registrations, and basic reporting Provide timely communication and support to members and event participants Required Skills & Qualifications Good English speaking and written communication skills Experience in online sales, coordination, or customer handling Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable with online tools, email, and basic CRM or spreadsheets Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines Self-motivated and proactive attitude Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in event management or business networking platforms Experience in membership sales or online community management
