Back Office Executive – Algorithmic Trading

We are a fast-growing algorithmic trading firm leveraging cutting-edge technology, data analytics, and quantitative models to drive investment decisions in financial markets. Our team comprises traders, data scientists, engineers, and risk managers working in a collaborative environment focused on performance, precision, and innovation. We are now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our operations and ensure seamless transaction processing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operational activities including trade settlements, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Verify and validate trade data from trading desks and ensure accuracy before settlement.
• Coordinate with counterparties.
• Assist in trade confirmations, margin calculations, and position monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to trades, positions, and cash flows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
• Support risk management teams by providing accurate data and reports.
• Automate routine processes wherever possible and collaborate with technology teams to streamline workflows.
• Handle queries from traders, compliance teams, and auditors in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in data entry, archival, and document management in compliance with data security standards.
• Provide administrative support and improve process documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in algorithmic or high-frequency trading environments.
• Exposure to risk management, P&L reporting, or regulatory frameworks (SEBI, FINRA, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
