Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales inquiries. Provide product information, quotations, price lists, and proposals to customers. Prepare and send sales orders, invoices, and follow-up emails.Maintain customer records, order details, and sales reports in CRM/Excel. Assist in generating new leads through online enquiries and follow-ups. Respond to customer queries regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery status. Track order status with logistics and update customers accordingly. Support in after-sales service coordination (complaints, installation, warranty). Maintain MIS reports, daily sales reports, and performance data. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi/Local Language). Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to prepare quotations and handle online sales platforms. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling. Attention to detail and strong follow-up ability. Multitasking and time-management skills.
