ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITY Act as a bridge between the company and the web development team. Monitor and track progress of website development according to timelines and deliverables. Compare competitor websites to identify features, design trends, and user interface improvements. Work closely with developers and designers to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional. Test and review the website at different stages to ensure alignment with company objectives. Gather feedback from management and users to improve website functionality. Assist in content planning, layout design, and feature prioritization. Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to the HR and management teams. Ensure all branding and compliance guidelines are met during development. Contribute creative ideas to enhance user engagement and overall experience.
