🎯 Core Objectives:You are hiring a tech-savvy, multi-tasking executive who will: Manage and automate backend operations (CRM, Projects, WhatsApp) Support customer communication (telecalling + WhatsApp) Ensure follow-ups, task updates, and smooth order management 🔧 Key Responsibilities:CRM Management (Zoho CRM): Add/update leads and customer details Track inquiry status, payment follow-ups, and call notes Maintain clean and structured data Zoho Projects Operations: Create & update tasks for dispatch, challan delays, pending orders Ensure deadlines are tracked and reports are updated WhatsApp Automation (WABA): Use tools like DoubleTick or AiSensy to run campaigns and updates Trigger auto-messages for leads, reminders, order status Telecalling & Customer Support: Call leads and clients for inquiries, updates, and feedback Handle queries calmly in Hindi + basic English Record all calls/follow-ups in CRM Workflow Automation & Reporting: Understand tools like Zoho Flow / Make.com Help automate day-to-day repetitive tasks Send daily summary reports to you or managers ✅ Required Skills:Fluent in Hindi, basic English Knows Excel/Google Sheets Understands internet tools like Google Forms, Gmail, Drive Eager and fast learner for tools like Zoho, WABA tools, and APIs Organized and responsive with strong follow-up discipline
