Role Description

Python Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using

  Python

• Build and optimize RESTful APIs using

  Flask and FastAPI

• Implement asynchronous and background task processing using

  Celery

• Work with messaging and streaming systems such as

  RabbitMQ and Kafka

• Design and manage databases using

  MongoDB and Redis

• Deploy and manage services on

  AWS

  with a focus on scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure smooth API integration
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Monitor, debug, and optimize application performance in production environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience

  in backend development
• Strong proficiency in

  Python

• Solid experience with Flask and FastAPI

• Experience with AWS services

  (EC2, S3, IAM, Load Balancing, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of

  Redis

  and

  MongoDB

• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka

  , and distributed messaging systems
• Experience with

  Celery

  for background task processing
• Understanding of scalable system design and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with

  Docker and Kubernetes

  is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup

Good to Have

• Experience working on

  AI/ML platforms or data-intensive systems

• Exposure to high-throughput, low-latency backend systems
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools
  

Compensation

• CTC: ₹7 – ₹9 LPA
