Qubrid AI is building the next-gen platform for AI infrastructure, GPU inferencing, and ready-to-deploy AI solutions. We help startups, enterprises, and developers accelerate their AI adoption — and we’re growing fast. We are looking for an AI Business Development Trainee who wants to kickstart their career at the intersection of technology and business. If you’re a fresher with a technical background but passionate about sales, customer engagement, and growth — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with new signups and leads (calls, emails, chat).
• Explain Qubrid AI’s offerings in simple, customer-friendly language.
• Convert free users into paying customers.
• Schedule and host meetings on MS Teams/Zoom.
• Do outreach and cold calling to build pipeline.
• Maintain leads and activities in CRM tools.
• Work closely with marketing & tech teams to refine messaging.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Tech / B.E. / Technical graduate (freshers welcome).
• Excellent spoken & written English.
• Comfortable talking to customers over phone/video calls.
• Strong interest in business development & sales.
• Laptop/PC with strong internet connection.
• Ability to work US-overlap hours (12 PM – 12 AM IST).

Good to Have (Optional):

• Prior internship in sales, business development, or customer success.
• Knowledge of AI, Cloud, or SaaS business models.
• Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho.
