Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns, monitor sales generated through social media marketing (SMM), and identify areas for improvement. Develop sales funnels to create and optimize social media shops. Recognize and appreciate active community members, fostering loyalty and encouraging continued participation.
