Job Description

1-2 years marketing, sales or business development experience with technical products required.

Must have great communication skills.

Work from Home! Compensation of 6LPA (5 LPA Base + 1LPA Annual Bonus). Please do not apply if compensation is not acceptable.

Marketing Associate

What You’ll Do

Engage with new signups and leads (calls, emails, chat).
Explain Qubrid AI’s offerings in simple, customer-friendly language.
Convert free users into paying customers.
Schedule and host meetings on MS Teams/Zoom.
Do product demos
Do outreach and cold calling to build pipeline.
Maintain leads and activities in CRM tools.
Work closely with marketing & tech teams to refine messaging.

What We’re Looking For

B.Tech / B.E. / Technical graduate
1-2 years experience in technical marketing, sales or business development
Excellent spoken & written English.
Comfortable talking to customers over phone/video calls and doing software demos

Good to Have (Optional):

Knowledge of AI, Cloud, or SaaS business models.
Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho.
