About the Role Physics Wallah is looking for dynamic and driven marketing professionals to join our team across multiple locations in Mumbai. If you are passionate about student outreach, marketing strategy, and building strong institutional relationships, this role is for you.
- Achieve admission targets within timelines and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Handle promotion, positioning, and outreach activities for PWs products and services.
- Conduct scholarship tests and admission drives, ensuring end-to-end execution and target participation.
- Host seminars, counsel students, conduct school visits, workshops, and manage school tie-ups.
- Conduct market research, understand student preferences, and contribute to marketing strategy development.
- Design and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals, in coordination with the Centre Manager.
- Collect and utilize student/parent feedback to improve satisfaction and outcomes.
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
- Generate new business leads and support brand-building initiatives across channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with schools, vendors, and partners for ongoing business collaborations.
- Coordinate with the central office for admissions, programs, schemes, and marketing activities.
- Execute BTL and ATL activities as required.
- 12 years of experience in marketing within the EdTech, IT, BPO, or Studio domain.
- Strong communication skills and field marketing experience.
- Ability to travel for school visits, outreach campaigns, and events.
- Must be fluent in Marathi.
