Digital Marketing Executive


Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive at ISIEINDIA will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The role focuses on website management using WordPress, SEO optimization, social media growth, content marketing, organic lead generation, email marketing, and multimedia content management. The executive will work closely with internal teams to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead quality across ISIEINDIA’s diverse business verticals.


Key Responsibilities

· Manage and update the website using WordPress and ensure optimal performance.

· Execute on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic visibility and traffic.

· Monitor website speed, health, and user engagement metrics.

· Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms.

· Plan, publish, and analyse content including posts, videos, blogs, and articles.

· Implement backlinking and off-page optimization strategies.

· Drive organic lead generation and track lead quality.

· Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns and performance.

· Collect and manage multimedia content from trainings, centers, and events.

· Create office culture and brand-building digital content.

· Track, analyse, and report digital marketing performance metrics.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

  • Prior experience in digital marketing with hands-on responsibility for website and performance marketing activities. Experience in EdTech or education-focused organizations is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress website management.
  • Understanding of SEO, website optimization, and organic growth strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms and content calendars.
  • Basic knowledge of content marketing, blogs, and article optimization.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyze digital marketing data and prepare reports.
  • Good coordination, time management, and communication skills.
