Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Back End Developer. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining server-side web application logic. Daily tasks will include implementing core features, optimizing backend processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. The role may also involve debugging issues, developing APIs, and contributing to software development best practices for secure and scalable applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in: (Go, C++, Python, JS Frameworks)
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database design.
• Experience with integrating back-end with Front-End Development
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, especially related to quantum-safe systems, is a bonus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in learning and working on new technologies.

Good to have

• Relevant certifications (Go, Python, database administration, etc.).
• Experience with performance tuning and security best practices.
• Familiarity with Containerization, CI/CD pipelines, Security, Design Practices, and Cloud Platforms (AWS).
• Contributions to open-source projects in Go or C++ communities.
