Senior Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

  Node.js

  ,

  JavaScript

  , or

  TypeScript and in AWS.

  Work with

  NoSQL databases

  , particularly

  DynamoDB

  , to build high-throughput, low-latency systems. Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize system performance and scalability across high load platforms.
• Ensure robust security, compliance, and fault-tolerance in all backend implementations.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 to 8 years of backend development experience

  , with a strong focus on scalable systems.
• Proficiency in

  Node.js

  , with experience in either

  JavaScript

  or

  TypeScript

  . Good in A

  WS serverless architecture

  , Hands-on experience with

  NoSQL databases

  ,.
• Background in

  fintech

  ,

  payment systems

  , or other high-security, high-availability industries. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Excellent

  communication skills

  , with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with event-driven architectures or messaging systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
