🚀 The Role & Responsibilities:

• As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems.
• Design and maintain high-quality REST APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Implement secure backend logic and optimized database queries.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability across large production systems by implementing observability, caching, and job queues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) and follow CI/CD best practices for seamless delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and write tests.

✨ What You'll Bring:

Experience: 1.6 to 3+ years of proven experience in backend engineering.

Must-Have Key Skills:

• Python + Frameworks: Strong experience in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• SQL & ORM: Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, query optimization, and migrations.
• API Development: Expertise in RESTful design and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
• Specialist Skills: Testing (e.g., pytest) and DevOps basics (CI/CD, Docker, Git workflows).
• Bonus: Experience in a Startup Company/Product-based environment.

Location: Onsite in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
