Key Responsibilities

 Backend Development – Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend

services using Python, ensuring scalability and reliability.

API Development – Lead the design and development of RESTful APIs using Fast API or

Flask, with a focus on robustness and security.

SQL Database Management – Write and optimize complex SQL queries, working with

relational databases to ensure high availability and performance.

ORM Expertise – Use SQL Alchemy or similar ORM frameworks for efficient and

maintainable database operations.

 API Integration – Integrate third-party APIs and services, ensuring smooth data flow and

minimal latency using tools such as the Requests library.

 Performance Optimization – Collaborate with the team to debug, troubleshoot, and

optimize backend systems for better performance and resource utilization.

 Code Quality & Review – Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality,

maintainable code, and adhere to best practices.

 Documentation & Agile – Maintain up-to-date documentation and follow agile

development practices to deliver incremental value.

 Mentorship – Actively mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and providing

guidance on best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core (Must-Have)

 Python Expertise – Strong command of Python, including advanced concepts like

decorators, generators, and context managers.

 API Development (Fast API/Flask) – Solid hands-on experience designing and developing

REST APIs using Fast API or Flask.

 Database Skills (SQL) – Deep understanding of SQL, including joins, views, indexes, and

query optimization techniques.

 ORM Knowledge – Proficient in using SQL Alchemy or similar ORM libraries to interact

with relational databases.

 API Integration – Hands-on experience integrating with third-party APIs, including data

parsing, handling responses, and error management.
