B2C Sales

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to potential customers in order to promote our products and services. Your goal will be to effectively convert leads into successful sales while ensuring a high level of customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in counseling and guiding customers to help them make informed purchase decisions. Achieving the sales targets assigned to you will be key to contributing to the overall business growth. It will also be important for you to maintain accurate records of all calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved. The ideal candidate for this role must have prior experience in outbound sales or B2C sales. A background in banking or insurance would be highly advantageous. You should be target-oriented with exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills. Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers. Proficiency in both Hindi and English will be a significant advantage. The minimum qualification required for this position is a graduate degree in any discipline.
