The Museum of Solutions is a dynamic and engaging space dedicated to fostering creativity, learning, and growth, particularly for children. We are looking for an energetic, innovative, and revenue-focused B2C Sales Executive to help us drive business and connect with customers.

Job Overview:

As a B2C Sales Executive at the Museum of Solutions, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing sales strategies, and selling our unique, kid-friendly experiences and facilities. You will be expected to create innovative sales approaches and effectively communicate our offerings to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and ideas to drive revenue.
  • Engage with potential customers and organizations to promote the Museum of Solutions.
  • Generate leads and nurture relationships with families, Customer groups and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Present the Museum's offerings effectively and tailor sales pitches to various customer needs.
  • Ensure that quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Close deals and drive revenue through effective negotiations and persuasive communication.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates and sales reports to the management team.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in B2C sales, with a focus on kids-related products or services (e.g., school sales, OTT platform sales, kids retail).
  • Strong ability to generate ideas and strategies that drive sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
  • A passion for working with children and understanding their needs.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with goal-oriented, results-driven work.
  • Strong convincing power and ability to close deals.
