Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Manager specialized in Ingredient Sales in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharma and Food Industry. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities, conducting market research, and staying updated on industry trends to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Execution
  • Experience in Food, Cosmetics, Pharma Ingredient Industry is must
  • Skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
  • Ability to Conduct Market Research and Understand Industry Trends
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Analytics Tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the food and agriculture industry is a plus
