Job Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building and managing strong relationships with travel agencies, and promoting AERTiCKET's airfare consolidation and tech solutions. You will be at the forefront of business growth in India, working closely with international and tech teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and onboard new B2B clients (travel agencies, OTAs, tour operators) in India.
  • Account Management: Build long-term relationships with partners, understand their business models, and offer tailored fare solutions and tools.
  • Product Pitching: Present AERTiCKET’s fare consolidation platform and technology products to prospective clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with management to develop and execute India’s market penetration and revenue growth strategy.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor trends and competitor activity in the Indian travel market to inform product and pricing strategy.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with tech and operations teams in India and globally to deliver client-specific solutions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–10 years in B2B travel sales or

    airline consolidation sales

    , preferably with a GDS, consolidator, OTA, or tech-based travel firm.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indian

    travel agency ecosystem

    and international airfares.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with online travel tools, fare engines, and CRM platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; regional language skills are a plus.
  • Networking: Strong industry connections and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven: Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline with minimal supervision.
