Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue growth Team Management and Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Provide mentorship and training to team members, ensuring continuous professional development. Set clear performance goals and regularly review progress with the team. Revenue Growth and Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the companys revenue growth. Implement effective sales strategies to ensure long-term business success.
