About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to partner with high-end, strategic content creators and act as their single point of contact. In this role, you will provide personalized support, troubleshoot complex issues, guide creators on YouTube policies, and consult them on content strategy to improve channel performance.

Key Responsibilities

Issue & Task Management

• Manage creator issues through ticketing systems across Chat, Email, and Phone.
• Handle complex YouTube ad operations workflows requiring strong judgment.
• Provide creative solutions and expert guidance to creators.
• Escalate critical or highly complex issues to internal SMEs or YouTube teams while ensuring the creator is informed throughout the process.

Content Strategy & Account Management

• Act as a trusted advisor for advanced-level creators.
• Understand creator business needs and connect them with comprehensive YouTube solutions.
• Be a product expert and guide creators on platform features, best practices, and optimization strategies.
• Analyze channel performance data, identify opportunities, and propose strategies to improve growth and engagement.
• Maximize creator satisfaction and maintain strong partner relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree.
• Native language fluency + minimum B2 level English.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Account Management in Digital Marketing or Social Media (YouTube preferred).
• Experience in customer service is an advantage.
